    目的 探讨基于多学科团队协作( MDT)模式的零缺陷护理在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征( NRDS)机械通气患儿中的应用效果。 方法 选取 2022 年 1 月至 2024 年 1 月周口市中心医院收治的 78 例拟行机械通气治疗的 NRDS 患儿作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将他们分为对照组与观察组,每组 39 例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用基于多学科团队协作模式的零缺陷护理。比较两组患儿围术期指标、氧合功能及并发症情况。 结果 观察组住院时间、机械通气时间短于对照组,医疗费用及肺表面活性物质使用次数少于对照组( P<0.05);护理后,观察组动脉血氧分压( PaO2)、动脉血氧饱和度( SaO2)高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压( PaCO2)及并发症发生率低于对照组( P<0.05)。 结论 针对NRDS 机械通气患儿实施基于多学科团队协作模式的零缺陷护理,可取得良好应用效果,能显著改善患儿的氧合功能,降低并发症发生风险,促进疾病恢复,从而改善围术期指标。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the application effect of zero defect nursing based on multidisciplinary team (MDT) model in mechanically ventilated infants with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS). Methods A total of 78 infants with NRDS who were admitted to Zhoukou Central Hospital for mechanical ventilation treatment from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received zero defect nursing based on MDT model on top of the control group. The perioperative indicators, oxygenation function and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the medical expenses and the frequency of pulmonary surfactant use were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) and arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2) and incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of zero defect nursing based on MDT model for mechanically ventilated infants with NRDS is good, which can significantly improve the oxygenation function of infants, reduce the risk of complications, promote disease recovery, and thus improve perioperative indicators.
