Abstract:Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of 64 slice CT applied in aortic dissection and explore its clinical value. Methods 35 patients with aortic dissection were recruited as research subjects. All patients underwent CT examination and the diagnostic results were observed. Results Based on the surgical and pathological results, the diagnostic coincidence rate of 64 slice CT was 94.28%. Among those, 32 patients had medial true lumen and 3 patients had lateral true lumen. Conclusion 64 slice CT diagnosis of aortic dissection has the advantages of noninvasive, painless, reproducible, high accuracy, and can clearly visualize the lesion, which has a high clinical diagnostic value and can be used as a routine diagnostic method for aortic dissection.
