    摘要:

    基于褥疮防治要素、正常人体结构与机械结构原理,设计了一种可用于褥疮防治的新型医用护理支架。对被动卧 床者卧床体位与常用病床结构进行分析,运用 Jack 仿真进行人体不同姿势下的关节受力分析,并参考其他人机因素进行方案设计。 在确立该设计方案的可行性后,运用 Creo 软件建模,使用 Jack 仿真,验证其人机匹配度,并对其组成机构进行运动学和力学分 析,从而实现对市面上现有褥疮防治设备的优化与创新,以减轻护理人员负担。

    Abstract:

    A new medical nursing stent that can be used for the prevention and treatment of bedsores is designed in this study. The design of this medical nursing stent is based on the prevention and treatment elements of bedsores, the normal human body structure, and the mechanical structure principle. It analyzes the passive bed rest position and the commonly used hospital bed structure, uses the Jack simulation to analyze the joint force of the human body under different postures and refers to other human-machine factors for program design. After establishing the feasibility of the design scheme, the design was modeled by Creo software, simulated by Jack, verified its man-machine matching degree, and carried out kinematic and mechanical analysis of its components, so as to realize the optimization and innovation of existing equipment for prevention and treatment of bedsores, aiming to reduce caregiver burden.
