Abstract:A new medical nursing stent that can be used for the prevention and treatment of bedsores is designed in this study. The design of this medical nursing stent is based on the prevention and treatment elements of bedsores, the normal human body structure, and the mechanical structure principle. It analyzes the passive bed rest position and the commonly used hospital bed structure, uses the Jack simulation to analyze the joint force of the human body under different postures and refers to other human-machine factors for program design. After establishing the feasibility of the design scheme, the design was modeled by Creo software, simulated by Jack, verified its man-machine matching degree, and carried out kinematic and mechanical analysis of its components, so as to realize the optimization and innovation of existing equipment for prevention and treatment of bedsores, aiming to reduce caregiver burden.
